- Here at Cheeky Monkey we aim to please, so our shipping is all done by courier.
We use courier companies, to protect your purchases as best we can. So while the costs are more than standard post, the security for you in being able to track your order online is well worth it in our opinion.
Your order is important to us, so should your package not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may rectify the situation.
We are not able to ship internationally at this time, however if you have an overseas requirement, please contact us as we may be able to help. - Privacy & Security

We pride ourselves on supplying good quality products and should you find a manufacturing defect with any item purchased from us we will be more than happy to rectify that.
We cannot accept returned items if you have simply changed your mind, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help so please contact us. - Ordering
- Ordering with us is easy!
Simply browse the store to find the items you would like and click the "add to cart" button - don't forget to choose the correct options for your item.
Once you have everything in your cart you would like to purchase, use the 'check out' function to complete your purchase.
Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the relevant fields - we need to know where to send your exciting purchases and how to contact you should something go wrong.
Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will come to us and we will send it out!! - Payment, Pricing & Promotions

- You can view your previous orders by using the "My Account" section at the top of the page.
When you are logged in, you will see this link and be able to use it to check what you have ordered and when. - Updating Account Information
